Up-In-Smoke!

There are many ways to express yourself in this industry of motorcycles. You can be a metal craftsman, a painter, a designer or graphics person, an electrician, mechanic etc. One thing is common amoungst us all though, we have somewhat of a creative eye for form or functionality or both. Some have less, some have more. And all should be appreciated for what they have and contribute. One individual that we had the opportunity to learn about is Daniel Peirce and his unique project called Up-In-Smoke Engine Project Daniel, a commercial photographer gave himself the assignment to document many of the finest engines around, and makes high quality prints of the photos to share with the world. There may be a lot of engineering reasons for an engine to look the way it does, but some just look better than others!engine7.jpgThis series has some of the rarest and what we think, some of the best engines around. For the V-Twin/Evo snob, this may not be your cup of tea….but then again, you probably only like your eggs one way too.
Take the time to look through these engines. If your like us, you’ll want to run out and buy a vintage bike while they are still around! Daniel is looking for contributors to assist with his development of a book, so check that out also.
