One of the most tossed around and heated discussion we hear currently is the debate of mandatory helmet laws. Having lived in FLA for the past few years and having the “option” of choosing whether to wear a helmet or not (which i do sometimes), i’m frequently drug into the debate of whether accidents by people on motorcycles causes a burden on the American Healthcare system. Our friends over at WhyBike.com did a bit of research and while there is never going to be a 100% consensus on this “hot potato”, their information does puts somethings in perspective.
