Major Motorcycle Parts Company Moving to Sturgis?
Seem there is some news afloat around Sturgis, SD about a major motorcycle parts company moving to the area. The firm (which hasn’t been identified yet) would be producing Harley-Davidson, Vulcan and various other motorcycle parts. Sturgis City Manager David Boone says the company will announce more details later. Mr. Boone says about 50 people initially would be employed at the Sturgis plant, which could be built and operating within two years. Sounds like it would make for some interesting marketing angles, help reduce production costs and also help the local Sturgis economy apart from the Sturgis Rally.
